CEO and Founder
In March 2021, Elliott and Kylie Caldwell entered the short-term rental market with their first property above Asheville, North Carolina. Seeking financial freedom and a premium guest experience, Elliott noticed a gap in the market for full-service solutions for investors. This inspired the founding of Coastal Haven Design + Build, a luxury interior design and construction company serving clients locally.

Hi, I’m Jessica! As an interior designer at Coastal Haven, I specialize in creating beautiful, functional homes that reflect each client’s personality. With a B.S. in Interior Architecture and Design from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, I love collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life through custom, timeless designs.

Jason has extensive experience in private equity multifamily real estate and construction. He excels at managing investment-grade projects that meet owners’ expectations and maximize returns.
